CUSTOMERS' RIGHT TO KNOW

I strive to exceed my customers’ needs. I believe that advising my customers of the products/treatments best suited for them is as essential as the service I perform. Therefore, my customers’ right-to-know policy advises each customer on the products and techniques best suited for the customer to maximize the benefits of my service.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  1. Full payment will be requested 48 hours in advance for all bookings. Payment is by Bank transfer or Credit card.

  2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to full treatment charges.

  3. Bookings will be moved if payment is not processed on time.

  4. Payment is due after the treatment at the original price with no discount.

  5. The prices shown on the website are already discounted; no additional discounts will be applied.

  6. No-shows will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

Customers who book appointments but cannot attend their scheduled appointment are granted full credit with 'Ivy Lam Therapy' provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given. I do not provide refunds for cancelled or no-show appointments. 

All service sales, retail sales, and gift voucher sales are final, with no refunds.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment fees.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

I am constantly expanding my services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although I make every effort to keep my website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. I love having you as a client, but I do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

LATE POLICY

If arrival is delayed, I will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other customers as treatments are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other customers are not inconvenienced

PACKAGES

  • Packages expire after 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Personal packages expire after 2 years from the date of purchase.

  • Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

  • Packages are non-transferable and not shareable with other people.

  • The timings chosen are final and not separable in multiple sessions.

  • Packages are non-refundable even in the event of medical circumstances.

  • Package expiry dates cannot be extended for any reason.

  • Massage reserves the right to dishonor a massage package if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.

  • Massage reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Packages do not represent proof of payment.

*No Inappropriate Behavior Policy *

I strictly prohibit any inappropriate behavior during massage sessions. This includes but is not limited to any sexual or suggestive behavior, language or conduct. Any client who engages in such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the massage session and refusal of service. Please note that payment is still required for the full duration of the scheduled session, even if the session is terminated early due to inappropriate behavior. I am committed to providing a professional and safe environment for all of my clients and uphold the highest ethical standards as a licensed massage therapist."

VISITORS

I am unable to accommodate visitors accompanying client in my treatment room unless accompanying a child. All non-client must quietly remain in the waiting lounge

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Please notify me before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All clients will be asked to complete a consultation form upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers expire one year after the purchase date. Gift voucher sales are final, with no refunds. Gift vouchers are only redeemable against massage treatments. Gift vouchers cannot be used on retail products.
